  If I could give them a negative 100 I would.....I totally agree with the review regarding Mario he too was extremely rude to me. The owner Auria (spelling?) is also a very rude owner. I paid IN FULL a onetime payment of $262.00 for a two year membership - I never got a chance to use the gym as the hurricane came. I had an appointment with a trainer who cancelled literally 10 minutes before the time as I was en route to the gym. When I mentioned the lack of customer service to the owner she said she is going to refund my money....TO DATE SHE HAS NOT REFUNDED my money. When I called she and Mario hang up the phone and said "get a lawyer to get my money back". They are the worst kind of business people...I did absolutely nothing more than criticize their lack of customer service. Like I told her the universe works in such a way that what you put out in the universe it returns to you - I have lived long enough to see exactly how karma works. I am not going to be financially ruined by her "stealing" my money but obviously she needs it more than me. Yes Mrs. Owner you literally stole my money and refuse to return it simply because I called you guys out on who you exactly are. It is the PRINCIPLE now ... and I WILL see you in court ...thats a promise !!!!

  I use to go to the YMCA and have to say, YMCA is better when it comes to staff. When I need help with on of the michines, lol you might get help in the 5 min or more. Sign in, it depends on who is there of course. Especially the guy with the English accent but that might be only me.. Once there for more then a few times you will not notice.
