  Tim provided excellent customer service. I purchased a new phone and some of the gizmos that went with it. Tim took the time to explain to me what the products was, didn't try to force any extras or additionally expensive items onto my purchase. He answered all my questions, and most importantly he made me feel like a human being and not just a bunch of numbers. I drove several miles out of my way to visit this location due to the Google reviews and am happy I did. :D
